What is the shelf life of the jars?

Our cupcake jars last from 7-10 days. Refrigeration does not extend the shelf life. Pie jars can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

All jars can be frozen for up to 6 months. If you do freeze them, please allow them to thaw before serving.

Do the jars require refrigeration?

Our cupcake and pie jars do not need to be refrigerated, however, they should kept in a cool, dry place.

Do you ship to APO Addresses?

We do! These are orders that must be placed via the phone. Please call 781-923-1369 Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST and one of our customer service folks would he happy to assist you. I thought I ordered an 8 oz jar but the label on the jar says 5.75 oz. Did I receive the wrong product?

We only sell our 8 oz mason jars. The weight you see on the label is the weight of the actual product in the jar. 8 ounce jar refers to the "volume" of the jar. Federal (FDA) regulations require us to put the product "weight" on all of our jars. Some products weigh more than others so you'll notice the weight on the label may be different depending on the product you purchased.

Do I have to be home to receive my product?

We ship via UPS. Wicked Good Cupcakes ships without a signature required. That being said, UPS reserves the right, when delivering to an apartment or condo complex or college, to not leave the package if no one is home in order to prevent the theft of your package. UPS will email a tracking number to the email address you provided when checking out as soon as your shipping label has been printed. We encourage you to follow your package and if you have not received your package, to please call the UPS Customer Service line @ 1 (800) 742-5877 and present them with your tracking number so that they can help you locate your package.

We also encourage all our customers to sign up for UPS My Choice. It's a free service provided by UPS to allow customers to track, reroute and customize deliveries of all packages. It's free and easy to sign up. Simply go to https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page for more information or to sign up.

Help! My package is in transit and I need to change the address!

We are able to change addresses, notes and flavors to orders placed online if you notify us before 4pm EST the day BEFORE the order is to be shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we cannot change notes or flavors. We can change the address, however this will typically add at least one day of transit to your package. UPS also charges for any address changes once a product is in transit. This costs varies, but is typically at least $10.50. We ask that you read and re-read addresses and messages before finalizing your order to avoid any potential mistakes.

I don't like cream cheese in my frosting. Can you make me some frosting without any cream cheese in it?

As much as we'd like to accommodate all likes and dislikes, we have our standard recipes and these are what we follow. We are always striving to add to our menu. We ask that you check in with the website to see what's new or in the works at Wicked Good!

My son/daughter has a peanut/tree nut allergy. Are your cupcakes safe for them to eat?

At Wicked Good, we practice safe food handling. However, only you know the severity of a loved one's allergy. We respectfully ask that you refrain from ordering our product if you have any hesitation or question about a potentially hazardous ingredient. We have peanuts/peanut butter, tree nuts, products that contain soy, dairy, wheat and eggs on the premises. We can't in good conscience take liberties when advising on such an important issue. Thanks for ordering responsibly!

When should I place an order to receive it by…?

Our site allows you to choose the arrival date of your package up to 30 days in advance. During busy seasons (holidays) we encourage you to place your order several weeks before you want it to arrive in order to get the best shipping rate. Because we bake and ship fresh, we get booked up fast. We ask you to plan ahead in order to avoid disappointment.

The date I want my package to arrive isn't available. Why?

There are a variety of reasons why a certain date may not be available for delivery. Because our product is baked fresh, we have limits on the number of products we can produce each day. Once that limit is reached, that day is shut off on the website. So during holidays, you may notice certain days are not available. Also, UPS holidays are taken into consideration when offering delivery dates.

Where can I find a list of ingredients and nutritional information?

All of our products have labels or cards that include all of the ingredients, nutritional information and allergen warnings. You can also see a list of ingredients and allergens by clicking the "view description" link next to each flavor on our website. If you are following a Weight Watcher's program we suggest that you treat our jars like they are two cupcakes.

How can I customize the jars for an event/corporate order?

We can customize your cupcake jars with top labels or wrap around labels. Price to customize depends on several factors such as quantity and level of customization. You had a Lemon/Coconut/…etc. flavored jar on the website and now it's gone…What happened?

We have standard flavor cupcake jars that are available year round. We add seasonal flavors that are only available for a limited period of time. But no worries! Your seasonal favorites will be rotated back in again. Think of it this way...It gives you something yummy to look forward to!

How much will shipping be?

Shipping costs are determined by several variables and can be answered in the shopping cart section of the website. If you're looking to send a large number of packages, a customer service representative can help you with your entire order and provide you with a full quote. I typed in my address and UPS says my address is not valid. Help!

If you see this message, it means that UPS does not recognize the address as you entered it. We use UPS validation to minimize mistakes made during the order process. Please be sure you've entered your address exactly as it is registered with the US post office. In some instances, UPS will still not recognize it. In this case, if you are sure the adddress is correct and UPS has delivered there in the past, you can check the box that says "Please ship to the address provided". Please be aware however, that if you do check this box and choose to bypass UPS validation, Wicked Good Cupcakes and UPS cannot be responsible if your package does not arrive.
